* To choose a size, using a measuring tape, calculate the inches in the area of the waist that you would like the beads to sit. 

* Do not tuck in stomach when measuring for waist beads. Allow for wiggle space when measuring for breathing room.

* If using the waist beads to track weight loss measure the area slightly above the belly button. The beads will fall lower as wearer loses weight.
