Pricing Details
Where an item has a retail price listed, that price represents either the price at which we previously offered the product, or our good-faith estimate of prices for comparable items at department, specialty or other retail stores or websites. Retail prices may not have been in effect during the past 90 days, and intermediate markdowns may have been taken. So, the savings we show from these prices may not be based on actual sales of the items at the higher price. Limited quantities, while supplies last.
Our 100% woodblock printed head scarf is now available with a coordinating tote handbag. Sport your scarf and tote bag together for a coordinated look. Our versatile tote can be used as a purse or for travel. It is perfect for carrying books, magazines, crafts or knitting supplies during hospital stays or long waits in doctor's offices. Designed by Danielle Yates, especially for cancer patients and women with hair loss.
The 35" square head scarf comes with a matching scrunchie for easy tying on the head. The tote bag features 3 quilted inside pockets and a separate zipper pocket for secure storage.
Woodblock printing is an ancient art that requires many skilled craftsmen. Dyes are made by hand and skills are usually handed down from parent to child. Printing a design requires between 5-15 different carved blocks of wood. The printer hand stamps the cloth between 700-1000 times to create 3 meters of printed fabric. After 100 meters, the hand crafted teak blocks wear out and must be carved again.
The 100% cotton fabric allows the head to breathe and is soft and comfortable on the head. Our scarf and tote bag set comes complete with free scarf tying instructions.
