REFUNDS WITHIN 30 DAYS: Headwear, clothing, gifts, jewelry and swimwear items are gladly accepted for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Start a Return
EXCHANGES WITHIN 90 DAYS: Headwear, clothing and gift items (excludes swimwear) may be exchanged or applied as an in store credit up to 90 days from purchase.
CONDITION OF PRODUCTS: Items should be returned unworn, unaltered and unlaundered in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items must be free from loose hairs, stains, odors (such as cigarette smells or other strong odors), makeup and hair care products. We recommend that you remove your makeup before trying on an item.
HAIRPIECES: Cardani and Headcovers.com brand hairpieces returned in original, complete condition are accepted for full refund or exchange. Other brand hairpieces and wigs must abide by our Wig Return Policy, below.
PAYMENT METHOD: Credit will be given via the original payment method or account. Exception: If you have paid by bank check, gift card, money order, wire or Venmo we cannot issue refunds; Credit will be issued in the form of an in store credit only.
SHIPPING: We do not build the cost of return shipping into the price of our products. For headwear, there are two options for return shipping. (Headwear Only- See our Wig Return Policy for wig returns) You may use a prepaid mailing label for $8.99 by clicking here: Start a Return. If you use our prepaid label, $8.99 will be deducted from your return credit. These labels expire within 7 days of being issued. Alternatively, you may ship your items back via your preferred carrier at your expense. Please package items with care to ensure safe delivery back to us. If your item was shipped in a box, please pack it in a box (not an envelope) for returns. We cannot accept items back for return that reach us crushed, bent, permanently creased or otherwise damaged. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. If you received free shipping due to a promotion, you must maintain eligibility status for that promotion. Otherwise, standard shipping fees will be deducted from your credit.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: Please open and inspect your items upon receipt of your order. Our quality control measures ensure that your items have been inspected at least three times before they are shipped to you. For this reason, product defects are extremely rare. Defects must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Defective items will be replaced (at no expense to the customer) for the same item ordered. If you prefer to replace it with a different product, your return will be handled like any other exchange. Please do let us know that you received a defective product so that we can make a note in your account to accept the product back.
INACCURATE SHIPMENTS: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt of your package. Omissions or inaccurate shipments must be claimed within 3 days of receipt. Accommodations are given for the exact item ordered.
EXCHANGE ORDERS: Exchange orders are charged a flat discounted shipping rate of only $3.99. This rate applies to domestic (USA) shipments only.
COURTESY SHIPMENTS: Items that are sent as a courtesy to you due to a lost shipment, a short shipment or a defective product are not eligible for refund or exchange.
PROCESSING TIME: Please allow 2 weeks for processing of your refund or exchange.

CARDANI & HEADCOVERS.COM brand wigs and hairpieces are not considered a wig for return purposes. You may use our more lenient headwear return policy and headwear return form for Cardani & Headcovers Unlimited brand purchases.
All other wigs and hairpieces must follow our wig return guidelines.
ONE TIME FREE EXCHANGE: No fee is charged if you return your wig for a store credit towards another wig. Store credits cannot be refunded to a credit or debit card. Wigs may be exchanged 2 times per order series. The second exchange is subject to a 20% or $25 restocking fee (whichever is greater). The third wig is final sale.
REFUNDS: Refunds are subject to a $10 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is greater. We will waive the restocking fee on your first wig return if you elect to get your refund in the form of a store credit.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION: A return authorization number must be requested within 5 days of receipt by emailing us or calling 281-334-4287. The RA number should be written on the outer shipping box as well as the wig return form. Fill out our Wig Return Form and include it inside of the box with your wig.
TIMELINE: Return authorization numbers are valid for 3 days. To remain eligible for return, your package must be postmarked within 3 days of the original RA issue date.
CONDITION: To be eligible for return, the wig must be in original condition, complete with hair net, original tag attached, tissue paper, wig box and any inserts originally included. The wig may not have been brushed, combed, styled, washed, altered or worn. It must be free from makeup, odors (such as cigarette or cigar smoke), gels, sprays and other hair care products.
RETURNS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER: Wigs returned without a return authorization number are ineligible for refunds.
CONSULTATIONS: We do not recommend ordering multiple wigs with the intention of keeping only one of them. If you are unsure of your selection, we recommend utilizing our free wig consultation service to avoid unnecessary returns and shipping expenses. Our experienced professionals would be happy to assist you with your selection. If you are returning a wig, we strongly encourage you to send a hair swatch and photographs with your return so that our wig consultant can assist you in selecting a more suitable color or style. DEFECTIVE WIGS: If you find a wig to be defective, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt. Upon inspection, if the product is found to have a manufacturer defect, we will promptly send you a replacement wig in the same color and style you originally ordered at no additional expense. If you would like a different style or color, our standard return policy will apply.

If you use a prepaid headwear label to return your wig, we are not responsible for the delivery of the wig to our location and you will be charged $19.99 for the return label, which will be deducted from your return credit. The wig and manufacturer wig box must reach us undamaged or altered. Please do not affix tape or shipping labels to the wig box. Pack the wig box in a cardboard box to ensure that the original box reaches us in new condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend insuring your shipment as we cannot be responsible for misdirected return packages. Exchanges are not eligible for free shipping or any other special promotions. Our standard shipping charges apply. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. If you received free shipping due to a promotion, you must maintain eligibility status for that promotion. Otherwise, standard shipping fees will be deducted from your credit.

INSURANCE: To comply with insurance codes, we cannot accept a wig back for exchange or credit after the customer requests and receives a receipt from us for a cranial prosthesis.
EXCEPTIONS: Some select wigs (such as clearance wigs and color rings) are final sale. These will be very clearly marked in red as "No Returns" in the product description. Mane Attraction brand wigs are not returnable.
Joy Bras: Joy bras may be returned for a store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase. No return authorization number is required. Items must be in new condition with all original tags and packaging intact, free from odors, stains or laundering.
Amoena Products:
- ONE TIME FREE EXCHANGE: No fee is charged if you return your bra or breast form for a store credit towards another item. Store credits cannot be refunded to a credit or debit card. To ensure that our products are sanitary, to maintain health codes and to protect our customers from tampering, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on the following items: Eyebrows, eyelashes, eyebrow adhesive, eyelash adhesive, wig shampoo, wig conditioner, It Stays, wig hair spray, face masks, cushion bands, eyebrow makeup, cosmetics, pillowcases, hair and skin care products and CBD Oil.
EXCEPTIONS: Wig caps and wig stands may be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange if they are unopened and in their original packaging.

If upon receipt, the claimed product is found to have been altered, removed from its packaging or otherwise tampered with, it will be returned back to you and your account will be charged a $5 shipping and handling fee.
SHIPPING FEES: Shipping fees are non refundable. If you received free shipping due to a promotion, you must maintain eligibility status for that promotion. Otherwise, standard shipping fees will be deducted from your credit.
CREDITS: Any credits are given via the original payment method or account. Exception: if you have paid by check, money order or Western Union, we cannot issue cash refunds. Credit will be issued in the form of an in store credit or gift certificate.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificate sales are final. No refunds. Items purchased via gift certificate may be exchanged for merchandise or in store credit only. Exchanges are issued in accordance with the policies listed above.
